Join Our Vibrant Community of Volunteers

Requirement of 8 to 12 volunteer hours per month.

Communications Specialist

Supports Broadway West’s storytelling through media outreach, press materials, event promotion, and general communications. Partners with the Social Media Manager and Digital Media Manager to maintain a cohesive brand voice, help promote campaigns, track coverage, and provide flexible support across marketing and communications initiatives.

Membership Coordinator

You’ll be the go-to for helping members feel seen, supported, and rewarded. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to help a creative community thrive.

Email Marketing Manager

Supports Broadway West’s overall digital presence by helping with email marketing, audience targeting, website updates, and digital campaigns. Works alongside the Social Media Manager and Communications Specialist to maintain consistent messaging, track performance, and assist wherever digital or online support is needed.

Graphic Designer

Build and strengthen your graphic design skills by creating compelling visuals for events, social media, and campaigns. Ideal for a detail-oriented creative eager to grow through impactful, real-world design.

Social Media Manager

Build your skills creating and curating content, managing the social calendar, and engaging audiences to amplify Broadway West’s mission. Attend events for live coverage and support campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Video Editor

Develop your skills in a hands-on role editing video content to tell compelling stories. Work on event coverage, social media clips, and marketing projects to create engaging, high-quality visuals.

Web Designer

Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Wix website to reflect our brand, support key campaigns, and deliver a smooth user experience. Ideal for someone with a strong design sense, technical ability, and a proactive mindset.
