Requirement of 8 to 12 volunteer hours per month.
Marketing Coordinator
You’ll drive Broadway West’s marketing strategy — leading campaigns, partnerships, and storytelling that amplify our mission and engage our community. Ideal for someone creative, strategic, and passionate about the arts.
Social Media Assistant
Supports day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives online, understands digital trends, and wants to help grow a mission-driven brand.
Web Designer
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Wix website to reflect our brand, support key campaigns, and deliver a smooth user experience. Ideal for someone with a strong design sense, technical ability, and a proactive mindset.
Graphic Designer
Creates eye-catching visuals that bring the organization’s story to life. Designs graphics for events, social media, and campaigns. Ideal for someone artistic, detail-oriented, and passionate about inspiring through design.
Administrative Assistant
“Supports daily nonprofit operations through scheduling, coordinating meetings, organizing files, assisting with events, handling emails, and welcoming guests. Ideal for someone organized, friendly, and eager to help the mission shine.
Public Relations Coordinator
Shares the organization’s story through press releases, media outreach, and social content. Supports events, tracks coverage, and helps keep the public image positive and inspiring—letting the mission shine brightly.
Event Operation Assistant
You’ll support relationship-building efforts with partners, participants, and community contacts — making sure no message falls through the cracks. Ideal for someone who’s organized, friendly, and eager to support mission-driven work.
Video Content Creator
Brings our brand to life through engaging video content across social media and events. You’ll own the process from concept to final edit—collaborating with the team to tell stories that drive visibility, engagement, and community connection.
Membership Coordinator
You’ll be the go-to for helping members feel seen, supported, and rewarded. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to help a creative community thrive.
