Requirement of 8 to 12 volunteer hours per month.
Outreach Coordinator
You’ll support relationship-building efforts with partners, participants, and community contacts — making sure no message falls through the cracks. Ideal for someone who’s organized, friendly, and eager to support mission-driven work.
Fundraising Coordinator
You’ll assist with the planning, execution, and follow-up of fundraising efforts — from tracking contributions to supporting donor communications. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and energized by mission-driven work.
Social Media Assistant
Supports day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and engagement across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives online, understands digital trends, and wants to help grow a mission-driven brand.
Assistant Art Director
You’ll help the Art Director with programming and production planning — supporting the artistic vision while making sure Broadway West’s shows run smoothly. Ideal for someone organized, creative, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of theatre.
Events Calendar Coordinator
You’ll research local events, curate listings, and update our website and social channels to keep our audience informed and engaged. Ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong pulse on DTLA happenings.
Membership Coordinator
You’ll be the go-to for helping members feel seen, supported, and rewarded. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, service-minded, and excited to help a creative community thrive.
Web Designer
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Wix website to reflect our brand, support key campaigns, and deliver a smooth user experience. Ideal for someone with a strong design sense, technical ability, and a proactive mindset.
Video Content Creator
Brings our brand to life through engaging video content across social media and events. You’ll own the process from concept to final edit—collaborating with the team to tell stories that drive visibility, engagement, and community connection.
Event Operation Assistant
