Broadway West Announces Full Cast of 'Music of the Night' Concert Benefit


Today Broadway West is excited to announce our entire cast for our upcoming fundraiser 'Music of the Night' a Celebration of the Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber by Candlelight.

With the haunting melodies of "Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera and the nostalgic elements of Sunset Boulevard, this concert will leave you feeling swept away by the sheer beauty and power of Broadway. And the best part? Your contribution will help further our mission to bring Broadway to our community.

But this concert isn't just about the music. It's about supporting Broadway West's mission to bring the magic of Broadway to our community. Your contribution will help fund our efforts to bring more high-quality musical theater performances to the area, enriching the cultural landscape and bringing joy to audiences of all ages.


As you enter our palatial setting, the flickering candles will transport you to another time and place, setting the stage for a night of pure magic. You'll feel the passion and emotion of some of the greatest musical numbers ever written, all performed by our talented cast of performers.

Our full cast includes:


On Broadway, Doug played Jean Prouvaire in the revival of Les Miserables. Off-Broadway, he created the roles of Ian in Rooms: A Rock Romance at New World Stages and Richard Loeb in Thrill Me: The Leopold & Loeb Story at the York Theatre. He starred as Jordan in Departure Lounge at the Public Theatre, Cesari in The Last Castrato at the Connelly Theater, Jesus in Judas & Me at the NYMF, and Stu in Yank!, also at the NYMF.

Doug appeared as Evgeny alongside Chita Rivera in Signature Theatre's production of Kander & Ebb’s The Visit, later performing the role on Broadway in the Actors Fund Concert at the Ambassador Theatre. Doug returned to Signature Theatre to create the role of Grigori in Brother Russia, he originated the role of Ondine in Yale Rep’s Pop!, and he starred as Jesus in Pittsburgh CLO's production of Jesus Christ Superstar. Doug’s other regional credits include Arkansas Rep, Barrington Stage, Bay Street Theatre, Flat Rock Playhouse, Geva Theatre, Metrostage, Reagle Players, and the Old Globe.



As a classically trained pianist, Evan's playing is heavily influenced by the great composers and pianists of the past such as Rachmaninoff, Chopin, and Liszt, but he is not afraid to experiment with modern sounds and techniques. He has taken pop songs and turned them into jazz and classical, and vice versa, creating a sound that is both familiar and fresh.


Evan's extensive experience in musical theatre has also had a significant influence on his playing. His performances are filled with energy and emotion, transporting his audience to another world for a brief moment in time. As The Augusta Chronicle put it, "With each show, Evan has topped the previous one."




Katrina trained at the Arts Educational School, won the Tom Merrifield Scholarship to study at the London Studio Centre & then at the Royal College of Music.


Katrina played the role of Carrie in Cameron Mackintosh's Carousel at the Shaftsbury Theatre having previously understudied & played the part at The Royal National Theatre. She also played the alternate Christine in Cameron Mackintosh's Phantom of the Opera on the UK Tour and was then asked to play the role in the West End.


Katrina played Marsinah in Kismet, Anne in A Little Night Music & Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady all for BBC Radio 2.She has also been guest artiste in Radio 2's National Music Day & Friday Night Is Music Night.




Natalia Polo is an LA based actress living in the Burbank area. Natalia is half Peruvian and Guatemalan and can speak fluent Spanish. Natalia is trained in Opera and Musical theatre as well as excelling as a dramatic actress. Phantom of the Opera has been her favorite musical since she was a child and it's what made Natalia want to learn Opera in the first place.
